The International Osteoporosis Foundation and European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (IOF ESCEO) published guidance for the diagnosis and management of osteoporosis in 2019 with information on how to manage patients at different risks of fractures. Although a large part of the publication is focused on FRAX, there are also details related to FRAX adjusted by TBS.
